What circled letters really are
Ⓐ through Ⓩ are the circled capital letters from Unicode's Enclosed Alphanumerics range, with lowercase circled forms (ⓐ, ⓑ, ⓒ) and circled digits (①②③) available too. They're distinct characters, not a special typeface, so no font download is needed, they carry through copy-paste on their own. Note there are related but different styles nearby: negative (filled) circled letters like 🅐, and squared or parenthesized variants. Because they're standalone glyphs rather than styled versions of A, B, C, a search engine or screen reader may not always treat "Ⓑⓤⓑⓑⓛⓔ" the same as the plain word.
Styling names, bios and captions
The typical move is converting a name or short phrase: paste "Ⓙ Ⓔ Ⓢ Ⓢ Ⓘ Ⓒ Ⓐ" as a stylized display name, or wrap a caption in circled letters for an aesthetic look on Instagram or TikTok. Discord users set bubble nicknames to stand out in a member list; note-takers use circled headers to break up sections. They pair well with other decorative Unicode for a full "fancy text" vibe. Keep readability in mind, though: long paragraphs in bubble letters get hard to read, and some usernames or forms reject non-standard characters, so test where you plan to paste them.
